We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools.

Why we collect it

We collect this data for the following purposes:

• Launch notification — to send you a single email when Jordi launches publicly. You will receive no other emails unless you separately opt in.
• Beta programme — to assess your application for early access to the Jordi platform and to communicate with you about your application and participation.

The legal basis for processing this data is consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You provide this data voluntarily by submitting one of the forms on this website.

How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored securely with MailerLite, our email marketing platform. MailerLite is GDPR-compliant and processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at mailerlite.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

How long we keep your data

We will retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

• Launch notification subscribers — until the launch email has been sent, after which data will be deleted or you will be offered the opportunity to remain on a future communications list.
• Beta programme applicants — for the duration of the beta programme and up to 12 months after its conclusion.
